Shipping & Delivery Terms

Applicable to MPR Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”)

 


 

These Shipping & Delivery Terms apply to all orders placed through the Company’s Singapore site.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms.

 


 

1. Delivery Coverage

The Company provides the following delivery services:

• Local delivery within Singapore, covering the entire island.
• International delivery to designated countries and regions (as shown on the checkout page).

Remote areas, islands, certain residential types, or locations inaccessible to logistics services may not be eligible for delivery.
The Company reserves the right to refuse orders or arrange alternative solutions.

 


 

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees for all orders will be displayed at checkout and calculated based on the chosen delivery method.

International shipping fees are determined according to the destination, package weight, and logistics method.
Shipping fees may change due to logistics adjustments, and any changes will be reflected on the website.

 


 

3. Delivery Time

Local orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

International orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days. Actual delivery times depend on the logistics company, customs clearance at the destination, weather, traffic conditions, and other uncontrollable factors.

Customers can view estimated delivery dates on the checkout page or product page (where applicable).

 


 

4. Logistics Providers

The Company may use the following delivery methods:

• Local home delivery
• Collection points (if applicable)
• Third-party logistics services (e.g., SF Express, DHL, FedEx)

Once the shipment is handed over to the logistics provider, delivery arrangements and timelines will be managed according to the logistics provider’s processes.

 


 

5. Incorrect Order Address or Delivery Failure

Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete delivery information.

The Company shall not be liable for delivery failures caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Recipient unavailable
• Logistics unable to contact the recipient
• Delivery restrictions or inaccessible locations
• Customs delays or refusal of entry (for international orders)

Re-delivery may incur additional shipping charges, which will be borne by the customer.

 


 

6. Receipt of Goods and Damages

Customers should inspect the goods immediately upon receipt to ensure they are complete, undamaged, and not missing items.

If any issues are found, please contact the Company’s customer service within 24 hours and provide:

• Order number
• Photos of the goods
• Description of the issue

Claims submitted after the 24-hour period cannot be guaranteed for processing.

 


 

7. Delivery Delay Disclaimer

The Company shall not be responsible for delays caused by:

• Severe weather (e.g., heavy rain, typhoons)
• Public holidays
• Force majeure events, including pandemics, strikes, traffic accidents, or supplier delays
• Logistics company backlog or temporary adjustments
• Customs inspections or clearance delays (for international orders)

The Company will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking the latest delivery status.

 


 

8. Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to non-collection, refusal, or other customer-related reasons:

• Customers will bear the cost of re-delivery.
• If a refund is requested, actual shipping and administrative fees will be deducted.

Perishable, food, or time-sensitive items are non-refundable unless damaged during transit.

 


 

9. Modification of Shipping Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Shipping & Delivery Terms at any time.
Changes take effect immediately upon posting, without prior notice.
